The current renderer uses FFmpeg to apply a deterministic, frame-based comic effect to a short video clip, normalize audio when present, and export a private portrait MP4.
It does not create consistent animated characters, motion transfer, facial tracking, or lip-sync. It is not a replacement for a full animation pipeline.
